v2.0.1 is a real app, not a website in a wrapper. Every version up to v1.8 was a browser pointed at this site, which is why a trail stopped when the phone decided to close it and why Xiaomi, OPPO and vivo handsets needed talking round. This one holds the shift open itself.
It works with no signal. Clocking in and out, logging work done, taking a payment and applying for leave are all saved on the phone and sent when there is signal — and the app shows what it is still holding, so nobody has to guess whether their shift arrived. A payment recorded in a basement gets a receipt number immediately; the office’s real number replaces it when it lands.
Two things to tell your staff. Installing over v1.8 asks for their login code and PIN once, because this build has its own login instead of borrowing the website’s. And it is deliberately six screens — clock, today, a job, collect, waiting, me. For chat, tasks, expense claims, regularization requests and payslip PDFs they should keep using this site in their phone’s browser, which works exactly as it did before.
For you and your managers
A second app, for owners and administrators only: what needs deciding, what is owed, and which phones have gone quiet. It is a separate install from the staff app on purpose — a phone on a building site should not be carrying your approvals, whether or not a menu shows them.

Approvals need a signal. Everything else the tBiz apps do works with no connection, and this one thing deliberately does not: a document can be withdrawn, amended, or already approved by somebody else while you are out of range, so a decision made on a stale screen would be a wrong entry in your books rather than something to sort out later. The app says so plainly instead of pretending.

Windows 10 or newer, 64-bit. If Windows shows a protection prompt, click More info, then Run anyway.
iPhone and iPad
- Open telkobiz.com in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
tBiz installs to your home screen and runs full screen like a regular app.
