tBiz Privacy Policy

tBiz is a business management platform owned and operated by TelKo LLC, registered office at Sharjah Media City (Shams), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. This policy applies whether you use tBiz at telkobiz.com or through the tBiz apps.

Information you provide

Account details: your name, email address, company name and a password, which is stored in hashed form. Business records: clients, invoices, quotes, bills, inventory, leads, tasks and related files that you or your team enter into tBiz. This data belongs to you and is processed only to provide the service.

Location data

If a team member uses the GPS check-in feature on a task work order, the device location at the moment of check-in is recorded and attached to that task. Location is collected only on that explicit action and is never tracked in the background.

Automatic data

Standard server logs, including IP address and request timestamps, are kept for security and troubleshooting.

How we use data

To operate tBiz, authenticate you, and provide support. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

Storage and security

Data is stored on dedicated servers located in Germany. All traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access is separated per company workspace with role-based permissions, and encrypted off-site backups are maintained.

Sharing

Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service, such as hosting and backup storage, and where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. You may request export or permanent deletion of your account and data at any time using the contact below.

Children

tBiz is a business tool and is not directed at anyone under 18.
