This Privacy Policy explains how TelKo (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use tBiz (the “Service”), available at telkobiz.com. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Service:

  • Account information — name, email address, and login credentials when you create an account.
  • Business data — the records you enter, such as clients, invoices, bills, inventory, vouchers, and ledgers.
  • Contact data — details of your customers and vendors that you choose to store, including names, phone numbers, email addresses, and tax identifiers.
  • Messaging data — if you connect WhatsApp, the content and metadata of messages sent and received through the Service.
  • Technical data — log information such as IP address, device, and timestamps for security and reliability.

2. How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • To process and display your accounting, invoicing, and inventory records.
  • To send and receive messages on your behalf when you connect a messaging integration such as WhatsApp.
  • To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
  • To communicate with you about your account and important changes.

3. WhatsApp Business integration

If you connect WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, messages you send and receive are processed to deliver the messaging feature and are stored in your workspace so you can view conversation history. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta’s terms and policies. We store the credentials you provide securely and use them only to operate the integration on your behalf.

4. How information is stored and protected

Your data is stored using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security so that each workspace can access only its own data. Connection credentials for integrations are stored server-side and are never exposed to the browser. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate the Service (such as hosting and infrastructure providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
  • With third-party services you choose to connect (such as WhatsApp/Meta or a payment gateway), to the extent needed to provide that integration.
  • When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and accounting record-keeping requirements.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16.
