tBiz provides accounting, invoicing, inventory, and related business-management tools, including optional messaging integrations such as WhatsApp. We may update, add, or remove features over time.

If you connect WhatsApp or another messaging service, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent from your recipients and for complying with the third party’s rules, including messaging windows, template requirements, and rate limits. We are not responsible for messages blocked or accounts restricted by the third-party provider.
Some features are offered under paid plans. Fees, limits, and billing terms are described on our pricing page. Paid features may be suspended for non-payment.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups where appropriate.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. tBiz is a software tool and does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TelKo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for conduct that harms the Service or other users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
